Ladies and gentlemen, comedy enthusiasts, and people simply looking for someplace to be, you are in for a treat as Nagoya's bravest stand-up comics who have nothing better to do but make you laugh with their painfully fresh-ish material.
The evening of June 1 at Shooter's promises yet another mix of sad but delirious comedy, magic, and a special headline act by the talented Michelle Malizaki, who has opened for Russell Peters in Tokyo and California.
Michelle, who started her career in Nagoya, returns to Notown to headline this rare mix of intelligent diatribes and soulless anachronisms.
The event will feature the stars of the Talk Funny Podcast, including emcee Mark Bailey and a "diverse" cast.
Sadly, this show will NOT include the not-so-funny, that it's funny, open mic session. For more information and updates on future open mic events, listeners are encouraged to check out Episode 41 of the Talk Funny Podcast.
The event promises to be a walk down memory ... ahem (retread) lane with comics so seasoned they are ready to be put on the grill. Naturally, they have kidnapped fresh acts to feed to the crowd. Join the assembled punters at Shooter's Sports Bar and Grill to watch the death march of humor for a possibly unforgettable night of laughs and entertainment in Nagoya.
