Oct. 29 to Nov. 3 at Nagoya International Center
With Autumn approaching, Nagoya starts to breathe a collective sigh of relief. Along with the change of season comes the arrival of a much-anticipated annual event—The 39th Foreign Artists Exhibition (FAE). This local tradition showcases foreign residents' artistic talents and nurtures cultural exchanges within the community.
A Legacy of Cultural Dialogue
The Foreign Artists Exhibition (FAE) was initiated almost 40 years ago to foster dialogue about artistic concepts, methods, and materials between local residents and international artists living in the Chubu Region. The event is organized by the Central Japan International Society (CJIS) with the support of the Nagoya International Center (NIC). It is regarded as a significant event on the international cultural calendar.
New This Year
The exhibition will include a cozy coffee and tea corner for artists and visitors to socialize, and a closing ceremony with light refreshments will offer a great networking opportunity for artists. It's an ideal setting for new and returning artists to connect and share their creative visions.
